Цели урока
- воспитание патриотизма, любви к своей большой и малой родине, толерантного отношения к своим одноклассникам
- формирование коммуникативных навыков, умения работать в группах, умения логически излагать свои мысли, аргументировано отстаивать свою точку зрения
- формирование навыков грамотного письма
- формирование оценочных умений, умений самореализации и самопрезентации
- развитие креативных способностей учащихся
Оборудование: карта России, символика России. Урок проходит в кабинете английского языка, оборудованного компьютерами, проектором. Диск “Diamond English 95 устных тем по английскому языку”. На доске “There is no place like my home”, “East or West – Home is best”

- Вступительное слово (целеполагание, мотивация учащихся к активной деятельности)

- Аудирование (использование диска “95 устных тем “Россия”)
- Решение кроссворда
- Представление проектов о России, Москве, Пермском крае, родном городе Лысьва в форме презентаций с последующим оцениваем и обсуждением
- Написание пригласительных открыток в определенный район нашей родины (работа в группах, лидер группы зачитывает это приглашение).

Ход урока
T: “Good afternoon, my dear friends! I am glad to see you. I hope you are fine and ready to enjoy working at our lesson. Today we continue our conversation about Russia, you will listen to the text about our Motherland and do the crossword. Then you’ll see some presentations of your projects and write some invention cards to your foreign pen-friend advertising one of the regions of our country. You’ll evaluate the projects. Good luck!”

3.Now, dear friends, listen to the text about Russia and be ready to do a crossword. (учащиеся слушают текст “Russia”, а затем решают кроссворд).

4. Now let’s show your presentations. Dear students, your task is to evaluate these presentations and say some words about them. Let’s start with the presentation of Russia. (Учащиеся представляют свою работу, остальные одноклассники оценивают ее по следующим параметрам: содержание, речь выступающего, дизайн, эмоциональное состояние. Затем представляют проекты о Москве ,Пермском крае , родном городе Лысьва).
T: “It’s time to discuss your projects. I want to listen to your opinions. (Учащиеся высказывают свое мнение. Учитель благодарит и поощряет календариками с видами Лысьвы учеников, подготовивших проект).
