Действующие лица: Золушка, Принц, Фея, Мачеха, Пруденс, Клер, Глашатаи, Мышата
Сцена 1. В доме Золушки |

| Fairy | Звучит волшебная музыка и на сцену выходит Фея
с волшебной палочкой. Музыка становится тише, Фея обращается к
зрителям:
- Good day, dear children! I am going to tell you a very kind fairy tale. Listen carefully. Садится и продолжает рассказ: - Once upon a tine there lived a good man. He had a good wife and a beautiful kind daughter. But one unhappy day his wife died. And the man married again. |
| Фея уходит , музыка играет громче, на сцену выходят сестры Золушки и Мачеха. | |
| Sister Prudence | Hello, I`m Prudence. I`m tall and fat and I`m very beautiful. |
| Sister Clair | Hello, I`m Clair. I`m short and thin and I`m pretty. |
| Stepmother | Oh, my girls! My lovely daughters! Where is Cinderella? It`s time to have breakfast. Where is this bad girl? |
| Prudence | Yes, where is this ugly Cinderella? We want to eat. |
| Cinderella | Good morning dear Mother and sisters. The breakfast is ready |
| Сестры и мачеха садятся за стол и поют песню.
(I Like Chicken) Внезапно слышится голос “A letter for you”.
Золушка берет письмо:
- Oh, look, Mother! It`s a letter from the King. |

| Prudence | A letter from the King? |
| Clair | A letter from the King? |
| Prudence | He is having a ball at the palace for his son. |
| Stepmother | Give me the letter! Listen! The King invites us to come to the ball! |
| Prudence | Wonderful! |
| Clair | Amazing! |
| Stepmother | We will go to the ball and you will be the most beautiful girls there. The Prince will choose one of you. |
| Cinderella | Dear Mother, dear sisters! May I go to the ball with you? |
| Stepmother | You? Don`t be stupid! You can`t go to the ball. And you have a lot of work to do. |
| Prudence | Yes! Make the beds! |
| Clair | Clean the house! |
| Stepmother | Wash our clothes! Work hard! |
| Сестры и мачеха уходят за сцену, а Золушка садится на стульчик и горько плачет. Появляется Фея. | |
| Fairy | My poor child! What`s the matter? |
| Cinderella | Oh, dear Fairy, my Stepmother and sisters went to the ball but I can`t go with them. |
| Fairy | Why? |
| Cinderella | I have no a ball dress and ball shoes and I have so much work about the house. |
| Fairy | Poor, poor Cinderella! But I can help you. First
we will have a nice dress, shoes and a coat for you.
Она колдует и поет песню. (Trickety-trockety-work) |
| Fairy | Now we will find somebody to help you. Mice, Mice, come here! You must help Cinderella about the house: she is going to the ball. Can you hear me? Start working! |
| Mice | Yes, yes. We are ready to help Cinderella. She is such a good girl and she works so much. She must go to the ball and dance with the Prince. |
| Fairy | Cinderella, you can go to the ball. But remember: you must leave the ball before 12 o`clock. This is a magic rule. When the clock strikes 12 you will have your dirty old dress again. |
| Mice | Have a wonderful time at the ball! Good bye!
Золушка уходит на бал. |
| Fairy | Mice, mice! Start working! Quick! |
| Mice | Мышата танцуют и поют песню (1,2,3,4,5)
One, Two, Three, Four, Five… One, |
Сцена 2. На балу |

| Prudence | Золушка появляется на балу. Все танцуют.
Впереди стоят Мачеха и сестры.
Who is this girl? |
| Clair | She is so pretty! |
| Stepmother | And the dress is wonderful! |
| Clair | Is she a princess? |
| Stepmother | Yes, I think she`s an important princess? What`s her name? |
| Prince | Who is this girl? She`s the most beautiful girl in the world! Will you dance with me, my dear Princess? |
| Cinderella | Yes, I will. But I`m not a princess? |
| Prince | Not a princess? But what`s your name? |
| Cinderella | I can`t tell you’re my name now, but we can dance
and have fun.
Золушка и принц танцуют. Другие участники сцены на заднем плане держатся за руки и поют. (Let`s fly!) |
| Fairy | Cinderella had a wonderful time. She danced with
the Prince all the evening and was not tired. But she didn`t look
at the clock.
Бьют часы. Золушка отпускает принца и смотрит на часы. |
| Cinderella | Oh, it`s twelve o`clock. I`m sorry but I must go.
Now.
Золушка убегает, оставляя туфельку. |
| Prince | Wait, wait! Come back. I don`t even know your
name. … Here`s one of her shoes. It is so small. This shoe will
help me to find her. And when I find her, I will marry her.
Принц остается один и поет песню (The Prince`s Song). Принц уходит за сцену. Гаснет свет. На Сцену выходят глашатаи с королевским указом. |
| Announcers | Attention, all the Kingdom!
Every girl in the country must try on this shoe. The Prince will marry the girl who can wear it! |
Сцена 3. В доме Золушки |
|
| Mice | На сцену выбегают мышата и наперебой
говорят.
Did you hear the news? There is a shoe and the Prince in looking for some girl. Many girls in the country tried this shoe on but no one can wear it! Listen ! They are coming to Cinderella`s house. Под музыку глашатаи выносят стул и туфельку на подушечке. Следом выходит принц и становится в стороне. Сестры начинают примерять туфельку, смешно толкая друг друга. Мыши продолжают разговор. |
| Mice | Look! Cinderella`s sisters are so happy. Prudence is trying the shoe on ( ha-ha). Her foot is too big. And now Clair is trying it on. Her foot is too long. |
| Prince | Is there some other girl in the house? |
| Stepmother | NO, no! No other girls.
Мышата из-за кулис выводят нарядную Золушку. |
| Mice | But yes, There is one more girl. This is Cinderella. |
| Is it you, my beautiful Princess? I found you and
now we will be happy.
Встает на колено и примеряет туфельку. Сестры начинают громко рыдать. Принц и Золушка начинают танцевать. Фея с мышатами водят вокруг них хоровод. Затем Фея выходит к краю сцены и говорит: |

| Fairy | A few days later the Prince and Cinderella got
married. And they all lived happily ever after.
На сцену выходят все участники спектакля и поют песню (Rainbow) Танцующие цепочкой уходят со сцены. Фея, последняя, на прощание делает взмах волшебной палочкой. На поклон артисты выходят под музыку, с которой начинается спектакль. |
