Группа детей занимает место с одной стороны сцены. Это хор и музыканты - Jazz Chant Group. В руках у них музыкальные инструменты: шкатулки с монетами, пластмассовые емкости с пуговицами или фасолью, колокольчики, деревянные ложки и т.д. Инструменты будут отбивать джазовый ритм одновременно с многократным повторением отдельных слов, произносимых хором.

Cat – Кошка выбегает на сцену под мелодию вальса и танцует под звуки вальса, поет.

Kittens:

Two little kittens came to a wealthy cat,
Two little kittens asked her for butter and bread.

She asked her servant to take the broom
And sweep the two kittens right out of the room.
