Pictures of wild and cultivated plants

Hello, I am glad to see you. How are you? Let’s start!
Friends! Look at the pictures on the board. What are they?
– They are plants.
– Are they all the same?
– No. Some of them we can eat. Some of them grow on a farm, others grow in the forest.
Today we’ll learn how plants are different.

Let’s warm up. Activate familiar vocabulary.

Which plants grow on a farm or in the garden? Did you plant some of them?
Which plants grow in the forest? Can we eat all of them?

Introduce students to the key words of the lesson.

Trees are the biggest type of plants. Trees have one trunk.
Bushes are smaller than trees. They have many stems.
Grasses are the smallest. They are green and bendy.
Let’s say together – trees, bushes, grasses.
Practice : What is in the picture?
Plants that people grow on a farm are cultivated.
Plants that grow everywhere are wild.
