Цели: Углубление и систематизация знаний учащихся по теме «Свободное время».

Задачи:

  • Образовательные: учить составлять диалоги и монологи по образцу, понимать иностранную речь на слух, выполнять тесты.
  • Развивающие: развитие языковой догадки, памяти, мышления, коммуникабельности, способность совершать репродуктивные и продуктивные речевые умения.
  • Воспитательные: формирование культуры поведения при групповой работе, в парах, с учителем, воспитание толерантного отношения к мнению других.

Планируемые результаты.

Предметные:

  • уметь составлять диалоги, монологи, уметь понимать прослушанный текст, правильно строить предложения.

Личностные:

  • уметь проводить самооценку на основе критерия успешной учебной деятельности.

Метапредметные:

  • уметь определять и формировать цель на уроке с помощью учителя, оценивать правильность выполнения действий, планировать свои действия в соответствии с поставленной задачей, высказывать свое предположение.

Тип урока: урок систематизации и обобщения знаний.

Ход урока

1. Организационный момент

Hello, my dear boys and girls! I'm glad to see you! Sit down. Sау a few words about yourself. I help you. Answer my questions, please.

Saturday and holiday jobs are very popular. Typically, younger teens have a "paper round" and deliver newspaper to houses, other teens wash cars, cut lawns, walk dogs, or babysit.

Look at Emma on p.33. Read her speech in the bubble. (I go shopping and listen to music in my free time. What do you do in your free time?)

P.34 ex.1 Read the task. Now read the phrases in box, try to translate and match them with the pictures! Which activities are not in the picture? (read a comic, listen to the radio) (1-play basketball, 2-read magazines, 3-watch a football match, 4-go to the cinema, 5-watch a DVD, 6-go to the beach, 7-play computer games, 8-listen to an MP3 player).

Try to remember the words that go with the definite verb.

Add two more nouns to the verb play (the piano, tennis, etc.)

Let's do ex.3 p.34. Read the task (Copy and complete the table with the words from ex.1). You have 4 minutes to fill in the table.

Now, put marks to your partner. If 4 verb collocations correct - put "5", 3 correct - "4", only 2 - "3", 0-1 - "2"

Now divide into 2 groups. You are to compare your free time activities in your group. Then each group comes to the board and every person tells 1 sentence about 1 classmate of your group. You have 2 minutes.

10. Подведение итогов урока. Рефлексия

Well, let's make the conclusion. What information was new today? (New vocabulary on the topic "Free Time", teens' free time in Britain).

How can you easily memorize new expressions? (Make verb collocation) СЛАЙД 8 Can You know, it`s autumn now.

Let's make a posy (букет) for it. If you worked hard during the lesson, you learnt something new and you will use it later, put the red leaf in the vase. If you didn't knew anything, you were bored - put the yellow leaf. If you were not interested in our lesson and you didn't work at all - put the black leaf.
