Цели на уроке:
- Образовательные: обеспечить в ходе урока усвоение новых лексических единиц по теме «здоровье»; создать условия для активного использования изученных грамматических структур в ходе общения на ИЯ.
- Развивающие: создать условия для развития коммуникативных навыков через разнообразные виды речевой деятельности; совершенствовать умения работать в группе, а также развивать навыки сотрудничества.
- Воспитательные: содействовать повышению уровня мотивации на уроках через средства обучения.
Задачи:
- расширение лексического поля по теме «здоровье»;
- извлекать и интерпретировать искомую информацию из увиденного\ услышанного и прочитанного;
- совершенствовать навыки монологической речи.
Оборудование: аудио- и видеоматериалы, учебник УМК «Spotlight 9», раздаточный материал с заданиями (рабочая тетрадь УМК «Spotlight 9»), наглядные пособия (тематические картинки Приложение 1-7, плакат «stress response system», флаги, бейджи, бумага, маркеры, карточки с лексикой и транскрипцией)

I. ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫЙ МОМЕНТ
Приветствие: Hello, students! I`m glad to see you today. Today we have a lot of guests, let`s greet them too. Let`s imagine that we are at the International Scientific Conference. Here are the representatives from Great Britain, Australia and Russia. We`ll speak English as it`s the international language which aim I believe is to unite people. So, let`s divide your roles, please, take cards, read the notes on the backside and take your place according to the roles.

So, now look at all the pictures on the blackboard and answer my question «Why are they related?» «What do they represent?» Now, I`d like you to say the topic of our conference. If you`re confused, you may choose from the list:

Before we start our discussion, we have to learn some new words to enrich the vocabulary (знакомство с лексикой: проговаривание за учителем, распределение транскрипции по словам, устный перевод.)

So, our topic to discuss is human fears and phobias and now we are going to listen to a scientific article and work on it.
I offer you to open your books- unit 7a. Look at the title of the text, what are you going to read about? What new information do you expect to know from this text?
But before we start let`s go through the words in order to help our students to understand the information given in the article. (обсуждение лексики перед чтением текста см. Рисунок 1)

Irrational = not logical
As you can see, there are some gaps in the article. Let`s fill them with the given phrases.

So, all in all, what is fear? What for does this emotion exist?
And the next part of summarizing is for our psychologists. If we speak about fear, we also should say a word about phobias. What is a phobia? What phobias do you know\remember from the text? How can people overcome their phobias?
САМ.РАБ. - группа биологов составляют пересказ по вопросу «что такое страх, механизм страха», группа психологов составляют пересказ по вопросу «что такое стресс, что такое фобия и разница между страхом и фобией», студенты получают задания в карточках на время подготовки пересказов (см. Рисунок 3)
