Aim(s):

To learn a grammar structure «Do you like …?» and answers Yes, I do or No, I don,t

• children should understand questions on different topics (animals, colors, family, food, school)
• children should give very short dialogues with short answers about themselves

Materials needed:

• Two pictures: smiley face and sad face (on the blackboard)
• Pictures on different topics ( animals, colors, family, food, school) on the other part of blackboard

Preparation:

• Children should remember the words on topics (animals, colors, family, food, school)
• Work with pronunciation and intonation of general question

Procedure:
Step 1. The teacher invites two pupils to the blackboard and shows what they should after the question «Do you like black color?» for example, one should go to the picture with smiley face and another to the sad face when he doesn't like (Yes. I do-smiley face No, I don't-sad face)
Step 2. Children should repeat the constructions "Yes, I do» «No, I don't»
Step 3. Сhildren should make a line

The same task but with the help of the Ball/ The teacher throws the ball to the pupil and asks him «Do you like…?»
