Alexander _ _ _ _ _ _ (1799-1837) was a Russian poet, playwright, and novelist who is considered by many to be the greatest Russian poet and the founder of modern Russian literature. He published his first poem at the age of 15.   5. Ivan _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (1818-1883) was a Russian writer, poet, playwright, translator and popularizer of Russian literature in the West. His best known works are Rudin, A Nest of the Gentry, On the Eve, Mumu and Fathers and Sons. 
  6. Mikhail _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (1814-1841) was a Russian writer, poet and painter. His notable works are Death of the Poet, Demon, The Novice Mcyri, Borodino, A Hero of Our Time.
  7. Samuil _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (1887 – 1964) was a Russian and Soviet writer of Jewish origin, translator and poet who wrote for both children and adults. He published the following works at the publishing house Rainbow, Kids in a cage, Fire, The Tale of a Silly Mouse, Blue bird, Circus, Ice Cream, Yesterday and todayLuggage, Poodle, Post Office, and What an absent-minded guy, 12 Months.
  8. Alexandre _ _ _ _ _ (1802 – 1870) was a French writer. His works have been translated into many languages, and he is one of the most widely read French authors. Many of his historical novels of high adventure were originally published as serials, including The Count of Monte CristoThe Three MusketeersTwenty Years After, and The Vicomte of Bragelonne: Ten Years Later. His novels have been adapted since the early twentieth century into nearly 200 films.

  2. Mikhail _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (1891-1940) was a Russian writer, doctor and playwright active in the first half of the 20th century. He is best known for his novel The Master and Margarita, published posthumously, which has been called one of the masterpieces of the 20th century. His other notable works are The Fatal Eggs and Heart of a Dog.
