Цель урока: формирование обобщенных знаний по теме “We are going to travel” и оперирование ими.

- расширение лингвистического кругозора учащихся;

- развитие языковых способностей учащихся, готовности к коммуникации;
воспитательный компонент цели:
- создание условий для формирования у обучающихся уважения и интереса к культуре и народу страны изучаемого языка (США), поддержание интереса к учению;
практический компонент цели:
- формирование и совершенствование практических навыков владения лексикой по теме, активизация разделительных вопросов в речи, развитие навыков восприятия речи на слух, совершенствование навыков диалогического высказывания.

Ход урока
1 Организационный этап.
Good morning, dear pupils! Glad to see you. I hope you are alright today and are ready to work hard at our lesson. We finish our work on the topic “We are going to travel”.
2 Фонетическая зарядка. Пословицы.

3 Речевая зарядка.
Двое учащихся выходят к доске, остальные учащиеся задают им вопросы.

У доски учащиеся рассказывают составленные диалоги. После каждого диалога учитель задает вопросы на понимание содержания.
Примерные диалоги:
We wanted to go shopping, didn’t we?
Sorry, but I can’t. I have arranged to go to the zoo at 10 a.m.

We can decide how to organize our shopping now.

5 Закрепление лексики по теме.
Учащимся предлагается посмотреть письмо-презентацию (приглашение) посетить штат Мэн (США) и выполнить задания по нему.
1 слайд Welcome to Maine!
2 слайд We would like to invite a group of students.
3 слайд We propose that you come for 6 days.
4 слайд Your group will stay with the families of children from our school.
5 слайд Our school will be responsible for the costs of accommodation.
6 слайд We’ll also be responsible for the social programme.
7 слайд We hope you’ll enjoy your staying in Maine.
