Задачи:

1. Учебный аспект - повторение лексических единиц по теме; обучение чтению с разными стратегиями; развитие навыков устной речи по теме.

2. Развивающий аспект - развитие объема памяти; расширение кругозора обучающихся на основе знакомства с природой Кузбасса.

3. Воспитательный аспект - формирование ответственного отношения к природе; создание условий для воспитания чувства любви к родному краю.

Оборудование: интерактивный комплекс, раздаточный материал с текстом и заданиями

Ход урока:

I. Организационный момент.

T. Good morning, boys and girls! I`m glad to see you! Today at the lesson we are going to continue discussing our topic. It is one of the main problems of the time - nature protection. First of all I want you to revise the new lexical items. Repeat after me all together!

T. If we are not worried the Earth, some ecological problems appear. Now I want you to answer the questions of ex 4 at p 78.

II.Чтение текста с извлечением конкретной информации (Еx 1 p 83).

T. In Britain there are a lot of people who think about the future of the planet. Some people think of animals, others take care of birds, others are in charge of forests. Now you are to work in groups. The first group is to read the first text at page 83, the second - the other one. The time for reading is 5 minutes. After reading you are to answer the questions according to the text.

Ex.2 p 84.

III. T. Well done! Dear friends, the world we live in is really wonderful: blue oceans, seas and rivers, mountains, hills, fields and valleys. We live surrounded by this beauty. And I think we all are not only to look and admire the wonderful landscapes, but to protect the environment. Now I want you to see some photos made by the group of students of our school while travelling to the river Kazir last year  and after watching you are to answer some questions.

IV. Чтение текста с полным пониманием.

T. The landscapes of our region are really wonderful. Let us speak about the beautifulness of our native place. I suggest you now to read the text about the nature of our native place for 6 minutes, after that I want you to do some exercises according to the text.

V. Подведение итогов урока. Домашнее задание.

T. You have done your best today. I believe you will do your homework very well. It is ex 4 at page 84. You are to make up the environmental program in your native town.
