Интегрированный урок "Пицца и пиццерия"

Цели:

Общеобразовательные:

• практиковать студентов во всех видах речевой деятельности (чтении, говорении, аудировании) по теме;

• систематизировать знания и умения студентов по теме «Еда», «Приготовление блюд».

Развивающие:

• развитие познавательного интереса студентов, используя Интеренет-ресурсы;

• развитие творческих способностей студентов;

• развитие навыков работы в программе в программе Power Point.

Воспитательные:

• показать значение изучения иностранного языка для будущей профессии;

• воспитание интереса к избранной профессии.

Оснащение урока:

• презентация в программе Power Point “Our visit to pizzeria” (Приложение);

• мультимедийный проектор;

• компьютерный класс, подключенный к интернету.

Преподаватель английского языка объявляет тему урока, напоминает об участии студентов технологического отделения в международном проекте «Бизнес пиццы в Европе», о том, что язык участников проекта английский, называет цели урока, указывает на профессиональную направленность темы урока и международного проекта.

3. Актуализация знаний.

Let's listen to the story about pizza.

Pizza

The word Pizza appeared in printing at the end of the X century for the first time. Pizza is a round and a very thin layer of yeast dough with different delicious stuff on top baked in the oven. This dish has become popular in many different parts of the world. A shop or restaurant where pizzas are made and sold is called a «pizzeria».

Here a few facts are enough to prove it: 40 thousand pizzerias, 3 milliard pizzas sold annually, 2 thousand recipes. Pizza fest are organized October 25. There is a special DOC (Denominazione di Origine Controllata) standard exists.

The evolution of Pizza was quite a long. Pizza is a traditional dish of Italy. Neapolitan pizza is famous. There are several rules to be obligatory followed for pizza to claim to the status of Neapolitan.

In the 20th century pizza has become an international food. Pizza could not pass Russia by. Certainly everything began from Moscow of perestroika times where Pizza Hut appeared.

После аудирования, студентам предлагается выполнить задание на контроль понимания услышанного. Для этого каждый получает карточку, в которой вместо пропусков нужно вставить слова , подходящие по смыслу.

Преподаватель технологии мучных кондитерских изделий предлагает вспомнить виды теста, с которыми студенты знакомились на занятиях. Студенты называют виды теста (бисквитное, воздушное, песочное, заварное, вафельное, миндальное, пряничное, слоеное).

А как вы думаете, какие из этих видов теста можно использовать для приготовления пиццы и почему? Студенты отвечают на вопросы, смотрят презентацию, подготовленную преподавателем технологии.

Все присутствующие на уроке смотрят презентацию в Power Point о посещении пиццерии в Кирове. Комментирует презентацию на английском языке один из студентов. (Приложение)

- How did you come up with the idea of opening up a pizzeria? Have you made any marketing research?

- I graduated from the management department of a college. And my wife is a good cook.. So we decided to do our family business.

- Did you have any previous experience in the pizza business?

- Unfortunately no. It‘s my first experience in the pizza business.

- What kind of funds have you had to open up your business?

- I asked bank loan and my friends helped me.

- What’s the bureaucratic procedure you had to go through to start a pizzeria?

- I had to get some documents from the health authorities, from the fire engine department.

- What profile do you expect from your employees?

-They should be polite to the customers, hardworking and responsible.

- What type of contract did you set up with your staff?

- I try to recruit my staff for a long time contract and - with good recommendations.

- Is it very expensive to open and maintain a pizzeria? How much do you spend on ingredients, human resources, electricity, gas, water, advertisement a year?

- Enough expensive so the prices on ingredients, water, electricity and advertisement permanently go up.

- What kind of advertisement do you use? How do you usually attract you customers?

- We offer special prices in different time of the day, use mass media, but the best advertisement is our service, I think.

- Did you pay any special attention to the setting of your pizzeria? How important is it for the success of a place?

- Of course, it’s very important for business. Our pizzeria is located near the market so the people can rest here and have our pizza.

- In What period of the year do you have a greater number of customers?

- I don’t think that it depend on season.

- Do you have take-away? If no, are you thinking of having it?

- Yes , we use this service some ties but it is not very profitable for us.

- Have you ever had a bad business time? If yes, how did you manage that?

- Yes, We tried to expend the assortment of meal and services.

- What is the strategy to keep a steady clientele?

- The customer is always right. - It is our rule.

- Name five things that one should do or take into consideration opening up a pizzeria?

- They are the good location, quality of food, responsible and polite employees, good management and advertisement.
