Задачи урока
1. Ознакомить с образованием английских количественных числительных.
2. Производить действия сложения и вычитания с количественными числительными.
3. Ознакомить с образованием сложных числительных.
4. Обучать сообщать дат собеседнику.
Необходимое оснащение: презентации Power Point (Приложение), компьютер, проектор, экран, аудиозапись, магнитофон.
I. Greeting. Warm-up
Teacher: Good morning! How are you? How is your mum? Are you at school? Are you at home? Are you a driver? Are you a manager? Are you a pupil? Are you sad? Are you happy? (Слайд 1)
If you are happy let’s sing our echo- song “Big black bugs”. (Cлайд 2)
II. Today we are going to learn the new topic “In 1991…, it’s about numbers and dates. Last week we learnt about a flat and a house. By the way, where do you live: in a flat or a house? We know different rooms and furniture. (Cлайд 3) Look at these scrambled words. Can you guess them?
III. It’s time to listen to stories about your houses. (Рассказы учащихся о своих квартирах, домах.) Thank you.
IV. Children, can you count 1 to 10, 11 to 20? OK, now open your books at page 116, find exercise1. Listen and repeat numbers after the tape. OK, now let’s count 21 to 29.
V. (Cлайд 4) Let’s see the rule about numbers. Правило.
- “hundred, thousand” without –s;
- Между словами “hundred, thousand”и следующими за ними названиями десятков и единиц ставится слово «And»
- Разряды многозначных чисел отделяются запятой

IX. Ex.4. Let’s play. Look at the picture, do the sums and find Pafnuty.

- год в датах - первые две цифры, затем вторые две цифры.
- чтение круглых дат. Слово “year” не употребляется.
- начиная с 3-го тысячелетия, т.е. с 2000 г. In the year two thousand and…

XIV. Ex.7. Children, you see inventions in the pictures. What are they? Name them.

Again you work in your exercise books. Listen and write the number of the invention and the date when it was invented.
