1. Организационный момент.

Сегодня мы с вами проведем интересный урок, но сначала давайте попробуем угадать, о каком городе пойдет сегодня речь.

Cultural life in Nizhnekamsk is rich and diverse. One can see this in children’s Palace of Culture, in concert halls of People’s Creativity House, centre of Childrens Creativity, artistic colledge and musical school named after great Tatar composer Salikh Saidashev. About thirty of it’s students are laureates of republic and regional competitions and four of them are the laureates of international competitions. This school is by right considered to be the cultural and methodics centre of the town and region.
It is difficult not to agree that the face of the town is its talented people. Many talented people live in Nizhnekamsk. Ten theatrical, eleven musical, thirteen dancing and quite a number of other creative groups organize their performances in more than fifty regions of Tatarstan and the Rusian Federation.
If you visit Nizhnekamsk you just physically feel that the air itself here is filled with the energy of creativity: almost every townsman paints pictures, writes poems and composes music, dances and sings songs.
One of the best theatrical groups in republic is Nizhnekamsky tatar drama theatre. In its repertoire there are more than 30 performances. Among them there are “Life with three wives” by Gayaz Iskhaki, “Meeting with the Youth” by Tufan Minnullin and others. Young but talented actors M. Fattakhov and balet-master Z. Khosanova bring success to this theatre.
Great attention is paid in Nizhnekamsk to musical groups. Among them there are choral group (artistic leader Z. Popova), chamber orchestra (artistic leader S. Zagrieva), tatar people variety ensemble “Ilkham” (artistic leader I. Khismatullin) and others.
Nizhnekamsk is proud of its wonderful dancing groups. Famous all over the republic ensemble of song and dance “Nardugan” was founded in 1984. Now it is laureate of different prestige festivals. People not only in Russia but also in Hungary, Poland, Turkey, Bulgaria, Tunis and Romania enjoyed its bright, colourful, grace dances and beautiful songs. Among other popular dancing groups in Nizhnekamsk there are people’s ensemble of dance and song “Yashlek”, choreographic centre “Pestraya Compania”, dancing theatre “Navruz” and others.
While speaking about cultural life of Nizhnekamsk we must mention Nizhnekamsky museum of history. Today there are more than eighteen thousand exhibitis there. They show history and life of Nizhnekamsk. Special exhibitions are devoted to industrial plants of the town. Exhibition “Nizhnekamskaya starina” gives imagination about life of the region from ancient times, about customs and traditions of native people. You can see here ancient books, documents and coins. Pictures of tatar painters are special proud of the museum. You can’t stop admiring wonderful works of the laureate of state Prize of Tukay, people’s painter Aschan Fatkhutdinov, Member of International Federation of painters in UNESCO Ildus Murtazin, Member of Painter’s League of the Russian Federation Gennady Khapitov and others.
We also must mention literature club “Gidegen Chishma” where such famous tatar writers as Razil Valeev, Rakhmay Khismatullin, Mudaris Aglyamov began their career.
This is only a small part of cultural life of Nizhnekamsk. Nizhnekamsk is a young town, it is a town of future where they carefully grow young talents, that will become the proud not only of Nizhnekamsk but the whole Tatarstan, whole Russia.
