Rebbeca: Madam Gazelle, Peppa has fallen over.

First Madame Gazelle cleans Peppa’s knee. Then she puts a plaster on it.

Madame Gazelle: Does that feel any better?

Peppa: Yes, thank you.

Madame Gazelle: Now, children, you may have __________ that Pedro Pony isn’t here today.

Suzy: Is he late again?

Madame Gazelle: No, Suzy. Pedro is in hospital.

All the children: OOOOh!

This is the hospital. Peppa and her friends are coming to visit Pedro Pony. (They are coming on a bus/by bus.)

Madame Gazelle: Remember, children , stay close to me. I don’t want you ______________________.

All the children: Yes, madame Gazelle.

Madame Gazelle: Excuse me, Mr Bull. Which way is the ________________________? (больничная палата)

Mr Bull: Down the steps, ____________, right, left, right along the corridor, up the stairs, third on your left.

Madame Gazelle: Ah!

The door of the lift opens and the children and madame Gazelle and Mr Bull come in. The lift goes up.

Mr Bull: Children’s ward.

The door opens and they all go out of the lift/ leave the lift.

Suzy: Pedro will __________________. Sick people do a lot of sleeping.

Pedro: Hello, everyone!

All the children: Hello, Pedro!

Suzy: Why aren’t you asleep? You don’t __________________!

Pedro: I broke my leg. And they put it in this _________________.

All the children: Wow!

The plaster cast (гипс) helps Pedro’s leg get better.

Peppa: I grazed my knee, and I got _____________, too.

Pedro is pressing the button several times. The nurses can see the signal.

Nurse Cow: Who’s that? I wonder.

Nurse Fox: Could it be Pedro? (She is going to his ward.)

Nurse Fox: What do you want, Pedro? We are very busy.

Pedro: I’ve got a bit of itch.(зуд, чесотка)

Nurse Fox: Even if your leg is itching, we can’t take the cast off until your leg is better.

Pedro: It’s not my leg that’s itching, it’s my ear.

Nurse Fox is scrubbing his ear.

Nurse Fox: Is that better?

Pedro: Yes, thank you.

Nurse: Lunchtime!!! What would you like to eat today, Pedro?

Pedro: Can I have spaghetti and sponge pudding, please?

Peppa: You get your dinner in bed?

Pedro: Yes.

Doctor: That looks tasty.

Doctor Brown Bear has come to see how Pedro is doing.

Doctor: How are you today, Pedro?

Pedro: My ear is a bit itchy. Just here.

Doctor is scrubbing his ear.

Doctor: I’d say you are almost better.

(Pedro is laughing. The bell is ringing.)

Nurse Fox: Visiting time is over.

Children: Bye, Pedro.

Pedro: Bye, everyone.

(The children are leaving.)

Madame Gazelle: Get well soon, Pedro!

Pedro: Yes, Madame Gazelle.

(The children are playing at the schoolyard.) It is another school day. Peppa and her friends are playing in the playground.

Peppa: Madame Gazelle, my plaster has fallen off. Can I have another one?

Madame Gazelle: You don’t need a plaster, Peppa. Your knee is better.

Peppa: Oh, yes.

(Peppa is jumping.)

Pedro: Hello, everyone.

Pedro Pony is back.

Peppa: Oh, hello, Pedro.

Suzy: Where is your plaster cast?

Pedro: They took it off because my leg is better.

Denny Dog: Is your leg stronger now?

Pedro: It’s stronger than it was before. It’s a super leg.

Emily Elephant: Can you run on it?

Pedro: Watch this!
