Цель урока: учащиеся научатся делать короткое диалогическое и монологическое высказывание по теме.
Коммуникативные задачи:
- Учащиеся научатся воспринимать на слух и понимать запрашиваемую информацию в тексте.
- Учащиеся смогут вест диалог – расспрос, запрашивая интересующую информацию.
- Учащиеся научатся делать сообщение социокультурного характера о британских и американских писателях.
Оборудование: Компьютер, мультимедийный проектор, электронная презентация по теме: «Известные британские и американские писатели»

1. Органицаонный этап
Цель для учителя: Организовать
учащихся на успешную работу. Создать
благоприятную для работы атмосферу.
Цель для учащихся: Сосредоточить своё
внимание на установке учителя,
сформулировать тему урока определить задачи
и настроиться на их выполнение.
Teacher: Hello, everybody! Glad to see you!
I hope you are fine today, and we can start our lesson.
Do you like reading? Have you ever read the books of any famous English or American
writers? Try to comment the following saying : «You are never alone, when you are reading
a book.» (Приложение 1,
слайд 2)
P1: We are never alone when we are reading because the world of books is
full of wonders. Reading books you can find, yourself in different lands, countries,
islands, seas, oceans.
P2: Books teach us to be kind and clever, brave and honest,
to understand other people.
P3: Books teach us what is right and what is wrong.
Teacher: I’m of the same opinion.
P4: I think we are going to speak about English and American
writers and their books, aren’t we?
Teacher: Yes, we are. Try to be active! Help each other!

Teacher: «The man who doesn’t read good books has no advantage over
the man who can’t read them» – said a well-known American writer
Mark Twain. Have you ever read any books written by Mark Twain ? What are

P1: He wrote «The Adventures of Tom Sawyer».
Teacher: And what else?
P2: I have seen the film «The White Fang», but I haven't read a book
yet.
P3: As for me I have read all books «Harry Potter». They are great!
Olga, have you already read the third book?
P5: Not yet.
P6: I think it’s better to see six films. I saw all the films last
year.
Teacher: Some people are fond of reading, while others consider it
to be a waste of time. And what do you think about it?
P1: I’m fond of reading. Books take an important place in my life.
P2: I can’t say that all books are useful. Some are boring and useless.
Teacher: There is an English proverb that says, "Books and friends
should be few but good". (Слайд 4)
P3: A good book can be a real friend and a teacher. A book can form
our characters.
Teacher: Why is reading useful?
P1-n: Reading is useful because it helps us to
– broad our mind;
– get knowledge;
– learn something new;
– develop and improve our speech;
– brush up our English
Teacher: Are British and American writers famous people?
Pn: – Yes, they are!

Teacher: And now it’s time for you for summing up all of your knowledge about the Present Perfect Time. A bit later you’ ll try to make your chance in making up short dialogues and monologues. Don’t be lazy! Help each other to remember the most essential information about Present Perfect Tense.

навыки аудирования учащихся, слушать и
понимать запрашиваемую информацию в тексте.
Цель для учащихся: Учиться слушать
текст, уметь находить необходимую информацию,
работать индивидуально и в группе.
Teacher: Listen to the interview. Alex and Alice are talking about their favourite writers and books. Complete the sentences after listening.
Учащиеся слушают текст №151 на стр.129 и выполняют после прослушивания задание.
Teacher: I am glad that Alex and Alice are good readers. They live in
Great Britain,don't they?
Have you ever read books written by English or American writers?
P1: A lot of Russian boys and girls like to read books about Harry
Potter, and Robinson Crusoe. I have recently read «The Adventures of Tom Soyer».
Teacher: Now let’s make a short excursion to our exhibition

130. You may use the Cultural guide if necessary.

диалог – расспрос и диалог – обмен
информацией, опираясь на речевые образцы в
учебнике и материалы просмотренной презентации
и страноведческого справочника.

Teacher: It goes without sayings that books are different. We’ve
just got acquainted with the most famous writers of Great Britain and the USA. Their books
are well – known all over the world.
P1: My mum and my grandma said that they also read the book
Robinson Crusoe written by Daniel Defoe in their childhood. And what about you, Vera
Ivanovna?
Teacher: When I was 11 years old I read this book too.
P2: All these books from the presentation are worth reading.
Teacher: It’s time to work in pairs. Ask your classmates which books
by
British or American writers they have read. Use exercise №153 p.130 as an example.
