Цели и задачи:
Познавательная:
- Познакомить учащихся с природой Таймыра, с легендой о возникновении Таймыра.
- Познакомить с народами, населяющими Таймыр.
Развивающая:
- Развитие познавательных интересов на основе страноведческого материала и национального регионального компонента (НРК).
- Развитие коммуникативных навыков диалогической и монологической речи, активизация навыков перевода.
Воспитательная:
- Воспитание уважения и гордости к родному краю.
- Воспитание любви к своей малой Родине, чувства патриотизма.
Оборудование: Компьютер, проектор, презентация, краски, альбомы, маркеры.
Ход урока
I. Организационный момент.
Вступительное слово учителя:
Teacher: Good morning, dear students, guests. I’m glad to see you. Today we have an unusual lesson. Our lesson is devoted to Taymyr, our native place where we live. It’s a wonderful land with beautiful lakes, mountains, tundra. The nature is unique. Brave and strong people live here.
But first let’s see what do you know about Taimyr? Do you know what the word “Taymyr” means?
Pupils: (учащиеся выходят к интерактивной доске рисуют животных, растения , ассоциирующиеся с малой Родиной.)
II. Фонетическая зарядка.
Teacher: Many famous poets wrote about their native land.
Стихотворение Любовь Ненянг.
There is a land where the nightingales sing
There is a land where the flowers don’t fade
But take it as being in love
My Russia – it’s you,
My snowy Motherland
Pupils: (ученики повторяют стихотворение за учителем)

Pupils: (ученики читают текст про себя, затем читают текст вслух по цепочке и переводят).
Legend
Long, long ago when it wasn’t the Earth, it was only ice without plants. In the ice choom lived one man, the White God, a God of ice and snow. He lived with his mother. She was Goddess.
They created the first plants, herbs and flowers. They created a reindeer to protect all plants from worms. It hadn’t horns. He asked his Father to give him strong horns.
The God gave him horns. The reindeer killed all worms. He was tired and shook his head. Skeen fell off from his horns.
So appeared the southern Middendorf mountain range and the northern Byrranga mountain range.
The reindeer grew and grew. The God saw it and said, ”Let his northern horns to be the northern radiance and red clouds. Let his southern horns to be storm and snow clouds”
From that time the back of a huge reindeer became the Earth with mountains.
People began to live there.
So this world was born.

Pupils: (ученики находят на карте арктического региона полуостров Таймыр, Карское море, Северный Ледовитый океан, море Лаптевых; находят страны, через которые проходит северный полярный круг. Показывают на карте: США, Канада, Гренландия, Исландия, Швеция, Финляндия и другие страны)
