Оборудование: компьютер, мультимедийный проектор, магнитофон

Цели и задачи урока:

  • дидактические: формирование лексических навыков по теме «Моя семья», совершенствование грамматических навыков по теме «Настоящее простое время» (The Present Simple Tense), формирование грамматических навыков по теме «Притяжательный падеж» (The Possessive Case); развитие навыков говорения;
  • воспитательные: повышать мотивацию учащихся к изучению английского языка; воспитывать любовь к изучаемому языку.

Ход урока

Good afternoon, boys and girls! I am glad to see you. I hope you are well and we can start our lesson.

Today we are going to study some words to the topic “My family”, grammar The Present Simple Tense, The Possessive Case.

1. Warm-up

Вы уже готовы, дети?
По-английски: “Are you ready?”
“Да, готовы мы. Да. Да!”
Отвечаем: “Yes, we are”.

Let’s sing our song “Hello, Hello!” ...

Thanks for your merry singing.

2. The main part of the lesson

Now look at the board. You can see some new words. Try to guess what they mean. /p>

  1. Child

    Maggie is 2. She is a child.
  2. Children

    Kate, Jane and Willy are children.
  3. Cousin

    My aunt has a daughter. She is my cousin.
  4. Mother –

    My granny has got 1 daughter. She is my mother.
  5. Father –

    My grandad has got 1 son. He is my father.
  6. Brother

    My father has a son. He is my brother.
  7. Wife –

    Cinderella is the wife of Prince.
  8. Parents

    My mother and my father are my parents.

Now let’s repeat these words again.

Брат двоюродный в углу,
Он сейчас наказан.
Двоюродные брат,
Сестра по-английски – COUSIN.

Нравятся алмазы
Моей маме –MOTHER.

Уехал на базу
Мой папа – FATHER.

Мой брат разбил сегодня вазу,
Мой брат – малыш,
Мой братик – BROTHER.

Называет мистер Ральф
Жену лишь по-английски – WIFE.

Мама – роза,
Папа – перец,
Оба вместе они – PARENTS.

Любит сладенького к чаю
Мальчик Петя, он же CHILD,
Если к Пете придёт Милдрэн,
Они вместе будут CHILDREN.

Ты не ленись, а повтори:
Семья – иначе FAMILY.

Now open your books at page 33, the Possessive Case (Притяжательный падеж)

Для того, чтобы сказать, кому принадлежит та или иная вещь, мы употребляем притяжательные местоимения (my, his, her, и т.д.) или называем человека, которому эта вещь принадлежит, например: Катина ручка/ ручка Кати; папина машина/ машина папы. В этом случае в английском языке используется притяжательный падеж существительных: Kate’s pen, my father’s car. Этот значок (’) называется апостроф.

For example, Where is Mr. Barker (younger)? Find, please.

 Who is he? – He is Kate’s father. You should write FATHER.

Hello! My name is Kate. This is my big family, the Barkers. The Barkers are a family of ten. They are Mr. Barker younger (my father), Mrs. Barker younger (my mother), two children (my brother Jake and me). I also have got a grandpa, Mr. Barker elder, and grandma, Mrs. Barker elder. I love them very much. My mother’s sister Jane and her husband Peter have got two children: Mike and Ann. Mike is 2 years and Ann is 6 months. My brother Jake and I go to school. He is 8 and I am 12. I like to spend time with my family. I love all of them!

Now my questions:

  1. Where is Mr. Barker (elder)?
  2. Who is he? (grandpa or grandad)
  3. Where is Jane?
  4. Who is she? (aunt or mother’s sister)
  5. Where is Mike?
  6. Who is he? (cousin)
  7. Where is Mrs. Barker (younger)?

Now we should repeat The Present Simple Tense. Look at the board. (таблица употребления The Present Simple Tense)

Когда действие происходит обычно (usually), часто (often), иногда (sometimes) и т.д., мы должны использовать The Present Simple Tense./p>

Это время образуется путём прибавления окончания -s, -es к глаголу в 3-м лице, ед.ч.

e.g. He reads a book.

She goes to school.

Now let’s do exercise, look at the board, put the verbs in correct form. (Slide #6)

3. The last part of the lesson

Let’s write some sentences on the blackboard:

  1. Мамина сестра играет на пианино. (My mother’s sister plays the piano)
  2. Папин брат готовит хорошо. (My father’s brother cooks well)
  3. Дети мистера Баркера ходят в школу. (Mr. Barker’s children go to school)
  4. Жена моего брата говорит по-английски очень хорошо. (My brother’s wife speaks English very good)
  5. Мои двоюродные сёстры играют в теннис.(My cousins play tennis)
