Использование аутентичного песенного материала на уроках английского языка

Мною был разработан практикум «Sing and learn  English», включающий в себя песни английских и американских исполнителей 70–90-ых годов XX века и последние музыкальные новинки. С помощью разработанных заданий в данном практикуме учащиеся могут усовершенствовать навыки произношения, достичь точности в артикуляции, ритмике и интонации, углубить знания по английскому языку, обогатить словарный запас, развить навыки и умения аудирования, чтения и говорения.

Предлагается следующий алгоритм работы над песней:

  • Прослушайте песню.
  • Выполните задание 1. Можно пользоваться словарем.
  • Прослушайте песню еще раз, проверьте, правильно ли вы выполнили задание 1.
  • Выполните последующие задания, направленные на тренировку лексического, грамматического материала, на отработку навыков произношения.
  • Переведите текст песни.
  • Спойте с исполнителем.
  • Обсудите содержание, выполнив задание, направленное на развитие навыков свободного говорения.

В качестве домашнего задания студентам предлагается подготовить доклад об исполнителе.

На следующем уроке целесообразно дать задание студентам собрать текст песни, отработанной на предыдущем уроке, разрезанный по 2–3 строки,  и повторить исполнение песни в качестве релаксации в конце урока.
