Ход урока:

Today we have an unusual lesson. We have a competition. Please form two teams. Name your teams. At the lesson we are going to speak about the days of the week. We’ll know what you do every day, what you did yesterday and what you’ll do tomorrow. We’ll know how different people plan their week. I know you like to play, so we’ll play a lot during our lesson and we’ll find out how you know the days of the week. Let’s begin our lesson.

1. Фонетическая зарядка.

«Clap your hands if you hear the sound «th»: with, this, thank, drink, life, those, hundred, take, that, rather, right, three, without, throw, breathe.

6. Физ. минутка.

9. Listen to the song “We Met on Sunday “ (ex.9 p.58. recording 8 lesson 9).

10. Correct the mistakes.

We go to the zoo tomorrow. Yesterday evening we watch the film about wild animals. And now we read the book about crocodiles. We usually are getting up at 8 o’clock. But tomorrow we gets up at 7 o’clock. My brother like wild animals

11. Fill in the prepositions.

  1. I had supper … 6 o’clock yesterday.
  2. My little brother was born … October.
  3. She gets up … 7 o’clock … the morning.
  4. My mother will come …1st of September.
  5. Pasha doesn’t go to school … Sunday.

12. Физ. минутка.

13. Look at the pages from Mary’s and Susan’s diary. These pages tell us about the girls’ week. Read these pages and say what Mary (Susan) usually does on Monday, Tuesday, … (ex.10p.58-59)

14. It is a page either from Mary’s or Susan’s diary. Read it first to yourself and say whose page it is. Give reasons for your opinion (ex.10 can help you). Then read the text aloud. Find in the text the sentences to prove your opinion. (ex.11p.59-60)

15. Write down your hometask:ex.9p.58, ex.16p.60-61. Our lesson is over. Do you like the lesson? Why?
